Sometimes I get lucky. In this case going from an antenna jack to RCA seems to be unobtainium. RCAs aren't impedance matched so no real surprise I guess.

Toyota HUs have two antenna inputs and internal "diversity" logic to select the best one at any given time. If your aftermarket HU does not support diversity then just use the larger cable which connects to the motorized whip. edit: JJ beat me to it.
