    Hmmmm, stock twins? I think not, I'm rolling with a 426rwhp singled 1J sporting emanage blue (soon to be stinger controlled). I think I know what I'm talking about.

    Simple, Stinger 4 & P&P harness from Driftmotion. You do have to run a vacuum line from the intake manifold to the interanl map sensor, but even I can do that....

    You missed the "most" part. I'm not arguing that all USDM MKIV's came with 440's, but it's apparent the some, if not most, did.

    dunno, but the whole thread is about debunking the myth about the 550's. It's obvious to me that most of the USDM 2J's came with 440's. It seems that you got lucky & got 550's

    That's great, but mine were removed from a USDM 2JZ & they only flowed 440cc's, hense the reason for the thread....

    Makes tuning the car harder when the stock ecu overrides the piggyback.... True indeed, I didn't think about that...

    Could be that it can't guess when the stock ecu sends the spark. It can only 'delay' it (?)

    Well, as long as it's a mid sump I'll agree. The front sumps from the aristos will fit the motor, but not MKIII's... Technicalities....:icon_bigg
