You have continuity from B+ to the small wire on the starter. Pull out the EWD and see where. My guess is the aftermarket garbage on the car, or it wasn't wired correctly. Check the amount of fluid in the brake resevoir. The pump is running correctly. You do not get power to the pump unless the...
Would you consider other turbos that are bolt on and will get that power level? I don't have one, but the JT series looks good. From what I have read here from owners. My Boss Jr will do it, but it isn't being made anymore. Then you don't have to worry about oil and coolant lines.
If it drives normal unplugged, you have a control problem and not a trans problem. In other words, the solenoids in the valve body are not in control. You have to find out why. No comment on the noise, yet. But know that pumps low on fluid, or out of spec clearance wise make whining noises. Or...
You can't have fuel injection without spark. Best case scenario is the pump runs when the STA signal is a go. Then it shuts off without the pickup. I think injection is temporary with the STA signal. I am looking for it. I just don't deal with this on a daily basis anymore.
Did you pull a...
If you know the amp draw of the pump, you will know what you need for resistors. For example, 3P using basic math came up with 2 stockers parallel to run the JZA80 pump.
You are a pathetic thief, and I don't believe you that the Chief said it was ok to take something that is being turned in. It is turned in for a reason. Sorry about the thread, but this irks me. The other poster is right. All the Americans here have to pay for another one when that could have...
The reason I don't know if it is a torque converter is you are simply a typical human. Not your fault. You said it feels like it is taking off in 3rd. Yet you also say shudder in 1st and 2nd. It can't be both unless the corverter is bad and you are describing how first gear feels. And you didn't...
Are you going to unplug the range selector and see how it drives? I take it from your post that is the plan. If there isn't a change, it is in your rebuild. If it drives normal, the solenoids are not hooked up right in some way. Specifically it is solenoid number one that is off when it needs to...
