Ok i got it working correctly, I just shortened the vaccum line to the BOV, and i also set soften the setting. Works good, no flutter. Thanks

I also thought you were suppose to tighten it, but according to my research on supramania, your suppose to soften the setting. Tomorrow I will soften the setting and cut my vaccum line shorter to the BOV, since it is pretty long right now. Thanks guys!:biglaugh:
