Sounds like you're talking about the EGR holes in the back of the cylinder head. No oil would come from those. Is the outside of the bellhoising getting oily? If not, I'm going to agree with the above; it might be your real main seal.

I'm in the process of redoing my exhaust too. It's a 3" all the way, to a N1 knockoff, and sounds good, but I'm going to quiet it down a bit by adding in a 3" magnaflow perforated resonator, and double up the N1's at the back for a more unique look. Also, I'm hoping that...
At least buy a replacement clutch disc, that way you know you've got plenty of miles left. The only concern is that you might not have a perfectly flat clutch cover surface.
