The transmission does not grind at all, and it is not hard to put it in gear at all. Its just that in first gear when I released the clutch it disengages hard. If I go easy enough on it you can hardly feel it at all.
Well after leaving my friends house i did a little burnout, then i let off. Dumb me didnt remember my throttle linkage will get stuck open sometimes causing me to hit the revlimiter in between gears. So I let off the gas and the likage was stuck open, after puttiing it in neutral from 1st gear i...
Ok so my goal is 450-500 whp. I was wondering if with an Sp61 turbo I would be able to get those numbers? The car will have its supporting mods for it.
Also is this turbo a complete bolt on to the stock manifold? Also wound I need anykind of spacer for it? Is it alright to use the stock...
Ive also owned that catback, after I did my 3" custom setup, I threw it away.
Also have you seen the tips on the Pacesetter catback? They are way to small. If I remember correct they are like dual 1" tips :biglaugh:
As I was driving my car a new warning dash light came on today(new to me). Its a little car that looks like its flashing the rear lights. Its right on top of where the ABS warning light is. Anyone know what this is?
After i turned off the car, it went away. But then after i got home, It turned...
Well i bought RX7 550 cc injectors off of a member on here, I have a spare wiring harness, and the clips wouldnt fit on the Rx7 injectors. I really thought they were plug and play. I also contacted another member on here, and he also told me he had to buy clips for them to work. My injectors...
Good race! :biglaugh:
A few weeks ago at work, a friend of mine told me "hey did you see that supra on import tuner magazine?" I was like probably an mk4. He said its like yours, an MK3 looks real clean. I was like ohh really? haha Then I bought the magazine :biglaugh: Your supra supra looks...
Does anyone know if the QTP or the Summit Electric cutouts are durable? Ive heard that the motors on the QTP Electric cutout's tend to go bad after a while.
Yup on the firedbirds they usually dont have any badges where you can tell its a V8. Most of the time you tell if its a V8 or a V6 by the exhaust. Thee V6 always has a single exhaust and the V8 is dual, unless its the exhst was modified.
If its that cheap, i just might as well just re-ring my engine. Mine is running just fine, I just thought the block that I found F/S is cheap. But for the peace of mind, I could just re-ring my engine. Its a 7mgte BTW.
Guys he is only selliing me the block, i dont want the head, I was planning on using the one on my engine.
BTW how much does it cost to replaced bearings and rings? I was taking a look at driftmotion and the have piston rings for 60 dlls, that seems to cheap. Is that what they usually cost...
Yeah I thought the numbers seems a little on the low side, but i dont know. The block is suppose to have new toyota bearings and it was decked. Also maybe it was his metal head gasket that lowered his compression? And the block is not on the car, and its headless lol, so no leak down tests can...
