PS- you said that the head was rebuilt- Are you sure that the cam timing is correct? A couple of teeth off, and the car won't hardly run.

I did for two years, no problems. This was at ~ 12lbs boost on stock CT.

30 psi, but you DON'T want to spend money on pistons? I say you make sure you get some really good pistons, rods and bearings for that kind of abuse. Probe pistons are cheaper than others, but I would spend the extra money on having them thermo coated for those kind of boost levels.

You will see pressure on the gauge- it'll take about 10-15 seconds, and it won't be a huge amount.

If this is on an R154, you better check that the slave cylinder rod is seated on the clutch fork, and hasn't shot out- if it did, that'd be why you're spilling brake fluid, and why you have no pedal resistance. PS- otherwise, make sure your bleed valve to the slave is CLOSED.

I also doubt that a shaved head would cause obvious increases in temp. Check fan clutch as mentioned, and also thermostat- it may be sticking closed, which would be the same condition as a bad water pump. Also- you used a Stone head gasket? Not familiar with them.

As I recall, It took Acroth a LOT of time and money to set up this body kit. Also, you'll need some wide wheels to fit with the kit properly. If all you want to do is 'spice' up the car a bit, I highly recommend a shine front lip. They're understated, and look like a factory sport upgrade...

How long does it take to run low on fuel pressure? Is it immediate? You definately need a fully-charged battery to determine what's going on.

Your fuel pressure is only 26psi? I have mine set to about 35. I thought stock was in the low 30's. Someone smarter than me please chime in on this. I use a gap of .28 on NGK coppers. No problems here.
