    Is fuel cut dangerous?

No. Running lean is harmfull. Shutting the fuel off and using the engine like a compression brake does not hurt it. Partially fueling at that point is harmfull.

That is what you do. The teeth are not spur cut. You have to account for the roll with the gear.

    Timing problem

Assuming you are doing it right....if you have to turn the CPS all the way to get close to 10, then the CPS matchmarks are not lined up with the engine correctly.

    Idle A/F

Nothing in the write up will lead to overboost. Double check your work and you will find a loose connection. Or a crack.

    Idle A/F

So then my answers are correct. Yes, you need fans. Stock was 20 plus years ago. The Toyota replacement from Nippondenso who made the OEM is now aluminum and made in China. Yet they still retail it over $500 USD. Aluminum is used for CAFE standards, and no other reason. They are not going to...

    Transmission Problems Automatic (Fixed)

If the car does turn off when the key is in the on position, then the lights will stay on. Unless you have an electrical problem like the battery cables are loose or bad. Or maybe you beat on the cable to make it fit on the battery, thereby ruining the battery and breaking plates inside. I...

drop in alu rad that doesnt need e-fans?

All radiators need a fan. I don't know what you mean. And aluminum doesn't transfer heat as fast as copper/brass, so you really need fans.
