How come most supras I have seen with "KYB w/ eibach" combination is lower than "Illuminas w/ eibach". Does KYB makes the car lower?

I know the speaker size is 3 1/2" right? And the stock speakers are POLK. The only available replacement size is infinity. Are there any difference in sound?

What if the rims are 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 and have 35mm offset on bothe wheels. Will they fit the MKIII supra. My supra has eibach prokit. THANKS
