Got my targa top back... again... still not happy with the color. I've decided to put it off for now, but I'm going to get the top and bumper redone by a proper body shop. Lesson learned... do it right the first time, you get what you pay for. Installed headliner Going to hold off...

Your car is very nice. I am quite impressed with its cleanliness. I like your style, and definitely look forward to seeing your posts around the forum. It seems Toyota owners find 4Runners and Supras to go hand in hand, the best of both worlds IMO.

87 Supra Preservation/Modernization Build (Lots of pics!!!)

Wow brother, that thing is spotless! Looking great, I love the documentation with the photos of when you bought it. Never once have I seen a burgundy interior in such nice shape. My 87 4Runner has a similar starting issue to that which you are experiencing, although it is due to the fact that...

Got a set of door panels. The passenger one has an armrest in excellent shape compared to mine. The driver's one has good parts like the carpeted portions, but has a huge rip and larger speaker. Some dimples in the vinyl from the shipping, can pop those back out from behind. No cracking armrest...

Thank you! Post the link when you get the thread going. Where I live, we don't have weather, it's painting time any time. Honestly, the 4Runners are cheaper to own and mod than Supras, but then again that's if you're not doing things like bumpers... Damn, I forgot how much time it took to get...

Looks like a very clean truck to start modding. If you make a build thread on T4R and/or show your satoshi mod, I wouldn't mind seeing it. Good call on the mods so far, and the mudflaps instead of running boards. Your MKIII looks clean also, especially with those front signals. Sweet picture...

Top came back, wrong color. I understand this is panel painting but this was just an awful match. The shop responsible for the headliner damage was also responsible for mixing the paint, another mistake letting a body shop do the work. They've taken it back to respray it in an effort to fix...

Thank you for the compliments on my trucks. Glad to see another 4Runner owner here, are you registered on T4R.ORG? I'd like to see your 4Runner, preferably photographed alongside your MKIII :) Thanks for dropping in, shame about that strut bar, but oh well, I'll decide what I want to do with it...

Thank you. My 1987 4Runner is red, which is cool and all, but a deep metallic cherry red Supra... yes. I really like the color red your car is. I have always wanted dark red for a car, maybe someday. Even in video games, I almost exclusively have dark red cars. I've had this MKIII longer than...

Found a manual brake pedal - just need a clutch master and slave and the hydraulic system is ready. I found a really good deal on craigslist for a couple of the wheels I have been thinking of running - Enkei RPF1 18x8, +35. Two for the price of one pretty much. I only have two so far, but it...

Bumper is back from paint. It was painted by an acquaintance of mine who owns a body shop. Before: After... not really too happy with the result... the color is off. This guy said it would be perfect, that he has good guys working for him... doesn't seem so. Pulled the dash from my...

No real progress on the Supra since last time. I did progress towards things that will help the Supra soon. My air compressor at home is a 55 gallon. It handles tools great, although I don't actually own any. Got myself a 1/2" 800ft/lb impact wrench, with an impact socket set (deep wall...
