    Galant VR-4???

The first rule of VR-4 is you do not talk about VR-4 [bragging only kills the surprise of the sleeper]. The second rule of VR-4 is, replace the timing belt before it replaces you.

All the parts necessary for 1jz swap

If you get a front clip from Jarco [costs a little more, but WORTH it!] and you specify it, I'm sure they will thrown in the driveshaft. They usually throw in the differential, struts and badging if you get a Twinturbo-R front clip.

    Galant VR-4???

The word "Sleeper" is overused, but that's really what it is. Really, it's about the equivalent of throwing a 7M-GTE into a Cressida. The car doesn't look fast, sure, but it can get up and go.

    ColdHeat Soldering Tool

Yeah, I usually use 550-650. The kids I work with like to crank it as high as it will go, to melt it faster. You can't teach or tell them anything... they know it all! At work they have the really nice Pace Solder Re-Work stations and they kick ass. Weller makes some great products, too. It's...

    ColdHeat Soldering Tool

It works for small jobs, but you have to know how to work it well and if you are too rough, you will split the tip like I did. I work with electronics and soldering at work a bit, and I must say that a real solder iron or especially a solder rework station is much, much better. Multiples.

    1jz MAF Sensor

You won't need the 89+ crossmember and round motor mounts if you buy BIC 1JZ engine mounting brackets.

    Deuce Haters!

Here's my $0.02: A cocky attitude does not go far in our community. It doesn't matter HOW good you are at modifying your car's looks - in all circles, when it comes to a showdown, it's going to be a contest of muscle. Whether that muscle is in your body or your engine does not matter. It also...

    1jz MAF Sensor

About the MAP sensor - keep in mind that you will have the same difficulty getting a 1JZ OR 2JZ MAP sensor, as they are both JDM parts; the US/Export spec 2JZ is MAF, so don't expect to get one at your local Toyota parts counter or junkyard.

    Your Song of the day.

I was a fan of electronica/techno for awhile, but it grates on your nerves when you hear a style that you don't enjoy, and when every car and video game video you view has some sort of techno playing. I like some of it still, but in small doses. It is really being outdone.

Got my wisdom teeth taken out.

My coordination was lacking a little, but I recovered quickly. I could have driven home if it was not forbidden. I DID throw up some yellow junk 4 times between the ride home and the first 10 minutes at home though.

would 3 inch ic pipes be a good idea

PVC may not be your choice, but I have to say that doesn't flexy, it's easy to work with, cheap, and it doesn't heat soak like metal piping..

You don't want your wisdom teeth. The big ones are freakishly huge and the little ones look creepy.

aristo 2jz front clip, can i use auto ecu on r 154?

The way I see it is like this: A 2JZ has X sensors. It needs THOSE sensors to run. The harness hooks up to these sensors, electronics, etc. The other end of the harness goes to the ECU. Now, whether you have one end hooked to the sensors and the other to an Aristo or Supra ECU shouldn't matter...
