Joe, there actually have been a few Great Whites in captivity, one in particular at the Monterey Bay aquarium in California. They do not seem to stay in captivity well. Apparently the record last I checked was only 137 days - the shark was released in January of this year.

To have DX10 support on a card is important if you are running Vista, but forget paying out the nose. Until the powerful DX10 compliant video cards are affordable and the 1st service pack is released, I won't touch Vista. They can try and tempt me all they want - I'm still content playing WoW...

The cooler on it is fine - I just wanted to be able to get it even cooler AND more quiet. The more heat I can dissipate, the more my case and room stay cool. This also helps me when it comes time to push the overclock on this thing.
