Hey all, you think a 275/40/18 tire will be too big on a 18x9.5 35 offset? would i have to run a 35 sidewall?
I can get a good deal on some slightly worn 275/40/18s off a vette..
i mean will they rub.. they are like a 26.5 tire or something..
you get that jhot one i was looking at on ebay???? hahah
2jz waterpump, pully, fan... use the stock radiator since you dont have the hydro fan setup..
power steering resivour or some sort. adapt the NA to the left side of the bay ??
a 7mgte/1jzgte driveshaft (7mgte one works correct??)...
RA65 = celica GTS 82-85..
for the supra.. I think the 3.73 is the best settup.. my buddy has a 4.30 and its going through the traps at the top of 4th gear at 104mph.. so 3.73 or 3.91 would be the only choice imo..
the dump intimidates people.. lol a FRC vette was next to me gunning it and falling back.... i opened up the dump next to him and he pulled down the next side road.. and he would of beat me.. lol
but people generally do think poop of the mkiii
yea probably waht im going to do. I got a 1/4 thick peice of steel i'll cut a section out and weld it to the pipe and tap that, just dont have the 3/8 npt tap :( got to buy one..
I got a its 67 p trim .70.. it spools quick on my 1jz.. i'm only running 9 psi, but it spools quick... i think my last log i was getting 7 psi (wg would open then creep to 9 psi (.6 bar spring) by 3300-3400 in 4th..
im expecting ~ 480-500 on 18 psi.. we shall see how it plays out though...
It should/ will run it. I dont see anything that the 2jz has that the 1jz cant control (outside stock twins). Depending on how much I can get a 2jz harness for I may go that route. Just some ideas I'm throwing around in my head. I probably never will get to it as I will probably invest the money...
what is needed to be changed from a 2jz aristo engine to fit in a supra (mkiii)? Oil pan and pickup? anything else. I picked up a second supra and was sort of thinking of doing a 2jz using 1jz electronics. I'm not going to go crazy w/ it just stock twins (probably just keep the jdm ones unless i...
i'm using aem ems on my 1jz..
they should have a start up calibration.. or on the aem board check for user posted maps that are similar to your car..
remember these are base maps just to start and drive your car to get it tuned..
