    well rodknock finally got me...

Shit man, with you now down with r/k I feel a little less confident about my 275,xxx on the original motor. Eeek. How low was your oil? I've been trying to track all the r/k cases and it seems almost all(but not all) have been due to either low oil or extremely hard braking. Good luck and...

    Snow Tires Or Not?

I just got snows to be on the safe side. I'd much, much rather spend an extra couple hundred on extra tires than a grand to fix any body damage from any bad weather driving.

    1987 TOPLESS SUPRA

Looks like complete fucking shit. It was a hardtop, you can tell the windshield doesn't have any top part to attach to. You know, it takes some serious time to do all that cutting and replacing the seats with something worse and attaching that piece of trash rear liner. Whoever did this had a...

    What Clutch Part Broke?

Just make sure to extensively bleed the system when you're done. I and many people I know have "completed" the job only to find out the pedal still goes to the floor because not all the air was evacuated when we tried to bleed it.

The most minty fresh Supra evar!

I'd do 2 or 3 oil changes immediately to get the old oil out. I don't know that a small amount of old oil would hurt it much anyway. :dunno: jdub would know the answer i bet. :)

    Sports roof rare?

The first surpa I ever drove was an 88 with an electric moonroof. It was very nice from the outside, but looked like hell on the inside. The headliner was falling down around the hole for the sunroof and such. I'd love to have a huge perfectly installed electric sunroof, but I have yet to see...

Power loss over 5 grand, normal?

Mine does a little of that as well. The only time I gun it past ~5.5k is when i'm going in a tunnel so I can enjoy the great acoustics of a 7m. :)

    HDMI Cables...

As far as i know, the reason for having ultra-shielded digital cables(HDMI, digital coax, Optical) is so it has absolutely no way of interfering with an analog signal in another cable. Monster cables all come with a lifetime warranty and tend to last longer than anything else out there that...

    Drip rail question

The drip rail is supposed to channel the water ABOVE the side of the roof forwards or backwards. Dylan is saying that the leak appears to come from water falling THROUGH the drip rail and into the plastic piece in the interior. Placing sealant along the side/top of the rail is supposed to keep...

    turbo an NA 7M

Has anyone on here done an all out turbo on a GE motor? Or even a half-assed one for that matter? Seems like those that do the huge builds would want to take advantage of the higher compression on the GE. :dunno:

    Curise Control Delay

I have the same problem and had it on my old honda too. I hit the set button, then the accell button until i feel the gas pedal start to rise. then I release it and it stays right there. Mine got a little better when i tightened the cable almost as much as possible, but it still delays 3-4 mph.

    General brake question (honda)

I had a 91 accord with the same problem. Though i didn't leak any noticable fluid. There was a very small, nearly invisible gleaming trail of brake fluid going down the firewall inside the car. Replaced it and it was fixed for good.

    Vintage Les Paul

~300 for a new one? More like a grand for a Gibson Les Paul Custom. But, yeah... I like old guitars of you collect them. If you just have one old one then its kinda weak though. Buy one that matures with you. That way its more special. I'm keeping my guitars for life. Even the crappy squire...

    Unknown Supra Problems...

sounds like you have some wires crossed or something. Actually it sounds rather simple. Seems like your interior headlight switch(the thing on the stalk) got swapped with your brake signal. That would mean you brake lights would go on all the time when headlights are on and your interior night...
