The only issue I'm having is that I had to twist the cat-back a little to meet the flange. Now my cat-back is smacking the rear subframe. D'oh!

Umm... One wire oxygen sensors are universal? 935 provided one that plugged right into the harness. No modification required.

Robert's O2 wire was long enough. It's a really tight fit, though.

It depends on where you get them from. Kragen or Autozone parts are usually just rebuilt in the back of the store from what I hear. Where are your parts coming form?

Aside from oil gelling (which is avoidable by changing the oil every 3000 miles) I don't think Toyota has had much of an issue with the 2AZ-FE or 1MZ-FE engines or transmissions. But get a stick shift just in case.
