How much hotter exactly?
If you are using the stock temp. gauge, you won't see a difference...the stock gauge is dampened so much, that it doesn't really start to move unless the engine is overheating pretty badly...
Water pump moves less coolant at idle, and the fan moves much less air...that's why the temp started going up...I would say you have a BHG.
You don't need to wait until you change the oil to see if it's milky...just check the dipstick.

I occasionally go over the speed limit, usually around 80...just to keep up with the flow of traffic. Late at night by myself is another story all together. :D
Yes, green coolant is the devil. It seems to erode aluminum at an alarming rate...
It erroded my head's water jackets almost into the combustion chamber... Not to mention it caused a bunch of leaks, like the thermostat housing...the seal was brand new, but the sealing surface was so pitted...
