ok guys, my cam seals are leakin oil and causin the fan to spread the fuckin oil....now my question is, how the hell do i change the cam seals? do i need to remove the cams? valve covers? how can i remove the cam gears without an air compressor? and finally wat are the torque specs for the...

i think i've asked this before....and i dun think that mk4 injectors will fit correctly in the 7m.

ok i took some time in cuttin and editing the video. Its not the best but i had to make it short...quality is also not the best because i had to use USB streaming which sucks. video is ~5mins long and its ~20mbs, sorry i couldnt get it any smaller...i will try to make a longer versio that is...
