stock ct26 will not give big power at 25 psi the only reson it does is cause of the no2 the ct26 blow hot air at like 22 psi any mroe is point less
in less you run no2 then it gets cold really fast
this is the big thing to cheak if you spring is bad you vent to fast and not get eh boost you want you can feel that by the blow down pipe
and if it leaks you car will strugle for boost i really thken it is your waste gate detas are junk and tend to leak alot and generly small as well

this is at 12 psi mega rich as in like 8 or 9 don't remmber my fuel reg was set up for 30 psi caus ie thought i had 550 but ebay...

oh the side note the car ate it's turbo but i pushed 347 hp and 398 turq at 11 psi cap 22 psi upgrade ct26 57 trim with ported waste gate...
yes you shoudl chnage the fillter every oil chnage like every other new car or new engine
every car has blow by in less it is perfet
here is the way i rooted mine notice the carb fule filter it made of glass and stuff full of white breath filter cloth
it's on the turbo side...

you get a canster of some sort nice and small that screws apart take white beather fillter they come in...
