I've ran the 440 chip with the 440 injectors and it did it...i havent checked it with the light yet...Im not sure when this started...maybe after the 2nd manifold.

CSI or might be the Igniter* i remember something similar happening to me, i believe it was the igniter, our electronics hate the cold ;)
