    D-Link or LinkSys, and Why.

D-Link is meh, as is Linksys. Netgear's routers are poop (their USB cards are fine). So far, our best, most problem-free router has been our ZyXEL X-550. Haven't upped to N yet, but I can't imagine their quality changing with the newer equipment.

    quick question

And that can make for some hairy situations in a near twin ton* car *With driver, extra fluids, and enough tools to fix any random happening!:biglaugh:

I like this better than Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares...

I sucks that our version of the network has no balls to try different show, otherwise this show (F-Word) would be a hit.

    quick question

Wow, I shouldn't post during a week of intermittent insomnia, thought I said something completely different! On that subject, that was the main reason I don't like the eibachs, I'd rather have the predictability of a linear spring than a softer ride.

    quick question

I don't like how Eibach springs are variable height, basically means you don't know the actual lowering that your getting until they "set" as it were. I haven't research Intrax, but I know RS-R RaceSprings are set height, and they offer a pretty good ride. JAV has them, and I hate riding in my...

    Help! Still have air bubbles!!!

Had a bit of (unrelated) insomnia, so I figured I'd finish the car around 4 this morning. Burped the system, no crazy fluid regurgitating this time (yay for that), and as far as I can tell, all the bubbles have gone! Also took the hacksaw blade and fashioned an easy install fan shroud out of a...

Now, if we could just get BBC America to stop playing up Chef's "rampant" cursing in an attempt to make RKN more "Extreme" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKEPPw5Jd2M

    Faster than a Veyron!

I like the Idea of a 600mi range Supercar, in my most James May opinion. You can actually drive it far enough to show off to distant relatives on a single tank!

    Help! Still have air bubbles!!!

Okay I only had time enough for a couple things today, the T-stat and the reservoir. Took some time to cut the jiggle valve, as all the bolt/wire cutters have disappeared from the garage. This too for the hacksaw handle, but I found one of its blades. As for the reservoir, it was slightly...

Cool, I'll check for most of these when I wake up tomorrow!

    Help! Still have air bubbles!!!

Nope, none that I can smell or see The radiators always seem fine. As for the reservoir, before I bypassed the heater valve, about every other trip. Hasn't gone down recently though. I haven't checked post-bypass, but one thing I forgot to mention: Pre-bypass, bubbles would come up at a...

    Help! Still have air bubbles!!!

Ok, I recently bypassed my heater valve so that I'm going straight from the core to the head, refilled and burped my system. I also put some uv dye in to make sure I have no leaks. For whatever reason, I'm still getting bubbles in my system! I've checked the bay with a blacklight multiple times...

    Rear Mounted Turbo System

Alright, nvm for the GE then :( I still haven't decided between a 2J and an LS motor, so I guess I'll reserve this for if I do the latter!

    Rear Mounted Turbo System

Yes, yes, I get it, I could use that same amount and get a 2J block and so on and so forth... point is, I'd like to see what the hp/tq gains would be versus a "conventional" NA-T setup and I'd be a willing guinea pig for such an endeavor (there's always a first to try everything). That said, I...

    Rear Mounted Turbo System

Assuming you were able to get the "perfect" 73% increase, a stock GE (with all it specs intact) should theoretically bump up to 342.54HP & 349.46Ft-lbs @7Psi. That still leaves the GE with about 5psi more usable boost. I sent them a message last night, got a call at 8am, and he left me a long...

    Rear Mounted Turbo System

That's really the main reason it interest me, as it seem that going above 12Psi in an NA-T setup is bad. Been staring at the bottom of the car for a while, looks like banging out the tire well would give enough space for this setup

    Rear Mounted Turbo System

It would interesting to see if a customer ever builds an I6 kit. I'd love to see what it could do for a stock GE
