You can wire a inline switch to the speed sensor line to the ecu and simply flick it off when you want to go FAST, but you'll have your check engine light come on. ;)

I take it this car is a Right Hand Drive Import?
JDM ECU's; 1JZ, 7M, 2JZ, 1G, Ect. Have a speed cut at about 180 KPH.
There's a few piggybacks on the market that allow you to remove the speed cut.

Everytime the crank reads 0 the piston is at the top. Watch the cams everytime the piston is at the top. Now keep turning the crank until the crank says 0 and the cams line up.

In the "extension" area I'd drill and tap one 1/8 NPT type sensors on the side and at the top have a slightly bigger plug for bleeding air. :)
But i'm going to question going through the trouble of doing a teflon coating on this housing. Assuming you're doing it for the non-stick...
