I have an idling problem and I think it is the ISC. I checked it per the TSRM and it says The terminals should measure 30 ohms. Mine all measure 21-22 ohms. I also can't manually move the valve in or out. Is this something to be concerned with or am I barking up the wrong tree?

I just found out I am being transferred to Norfolk, VA in March. I will be gone for 20 months. My Supra will stay here. After I get out of the Navy, I am going back to Saginaw. We need to have some meets before I leave.

I want to change all my gauges to autometer phantoms. I need to know how to adapt the speedometer cable to the new gauge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
