I've not started to cast the plenum yet. I'm still trying to shape the mould as I want it. I've tested the prototype runner with one layer of carbon fiber to 10 bar pressure (147 psi) and nothing happened. And I have 4 layers on the ones I'm going to use. So I think they are going go hold...

I've run it with the new stand alone engine managment system but not with the new intake or any boost. I'm afraid that the whole intake will implode the first time I start the car. And I don't think I'm gonna make the deadline becouse I'm going to Turkey for two weeks now :icon_bigg.

I don't think its gonna do any difference, this puts the throttle body just 15 cm further from the plenum.

It´s 2 x 2 inch piping from the turbos that merges to one 3 inch pipe right before the intercooler.

No. The only thermostat in the system is the original that goes to the radiator. The oil/water cooler keeps the oil temp at 85-90 degrees Celsius under all driving conditions. (As long as the water temp is around 85-90)

When I already shown off some of my paint skillz I might as well continue. :icon_bigg Original the Supra Turbo has a pressure released bybass valve on the oil filter assembly. This valve opens at around 3-4 bar and passes the excess oil through the oil/air cooler. I wanted to use this...

The dual Walbro pumps is just temporary, when I get more time and money I've been thinking about building something like this: And under 1 bar MAP I just run one Walbro pump and one Borsch pump and over 1 bar MAP it switches on the other 2 as well. This way I don't add so much heat to the...

I had to solder some parts on the engine management unit. (VEMS v3.3) : This is my oil pan: Because I'm short on money I had to buy a used clutch. So the splines didn't fit the supra-splines. This is how fixed that problem. This is what's left of an original disc. I just...

Not yet:icon_bigg. I'm studying to be a car system engineer. As a student I'm quite short on money but I hope to have enough to have it running in a month. Goals? I don't know, somewhere around 400 hp.... or more:evil2:. I forgot to say that I'm going to run it on E85. Don't know if you...

I had to reverse the throttle body and mount it on the intercooler instead. Other wise it wouldn't fit. :icon_razz And I will get less strain on the carbon plenum. So this is where I'm going to fit the throttle body and the blow off valve: As you can see the intecooler take some...

It took some time for me to figure out how to make them because its impossible to jank a mould out of a runner with that shape. Then I came with the idea, if I could melt the mould... Candle wax melt at about 70 degrees Celsius. So I made 6 moulds out of stearin and casted the carbon fiber on...
