ma-70 carbon fiber twill weave & plain weave parts.

I'd be in for a small duck tail wing. Something subtle that suits the bodylines and directly replaces the 86.5-88 wing.

    89 mk3 project

Awesome! Did you remove the old vinyl before putting the new leather on? Also, where did you get the carpet and how did it fit?

    R-154 tranny removal, hidden bolt?

The starter bolts are the biggest pain. If you need more room loosen (but do not remove) the motor mounts and tilt the motor back. You may also need to disconnect the downpipe because it will start to bind.

I'm drooling over your interior  Looks like each door would use an entire cow lol Eventually I want to redo my interior in black but never thought or recovering the doors... But now I am :evil2: Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see the paint.

    7mge swap to 7mgte

If you're not changing the transmission you won't have to change the clutch or flywheel. You old clutch might not last very long with the new power but it should hold. If you we're to swap transmissions you would have to switch the clutch but I'm not sure about the flywheel.

    4.30 from 3.73... will I accelerate quicker?

You need to figure out your effective gear ratio. (Gear Ratio) x (Stock Tire Diameter/New Tire Diameter) = Effective Gear Ratio Assuming you're using a 4.10:1 diff and the same transmission. 4.10 x (24.82"/35") = The same as using a 2.90:1 diff So, this will provide plenty of load on the...

    Unsolvable Slight Missfire.

I had a similar issue during the summer. I didn't go thru near the diagnostics you did but managed to track it down by checking the resistance on each injector. When cold they were all within spec (~3.5 ohm IIRC) but when hot one was reading upwards of 20 ohm. The same thing happened a few...

What made you feel the need to post in someone else's thread bashing their engine choice? I'm glad Albert doesn't seem to care but I would be pissed.

    wanting to give up

Like the others that posted It was a hard pill to swallow when I got the bill for my rebuild. I was originally quoted around $7000 to build and install the motor. In the end (I hate admitting this part) it doubled to over $14000, mind you I added forged internals and a MHG but that doesn't...

3 piece VS. 1 piece wing

I'm probably going to delete the 1 piece wing on my car. Might flip it over, bolt some wheels to it and have a sweet supra long board jkjk I'd love to see a small ducktail wing for our cars. I think it would look perfect.

    Headlight and lighting/mirrors

That is true but it is what I plan on doing. I'm also going to use hella projectors instead. They won't be HIDs but should be much brighter then stock at half the price of other projectors.

    Headlight and lighting/mirrors

For the LEDs: http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?76463-Comprehensive-Lighting-Modification-Thread&highlight=light+modification+thread As for the headlights he used 90mm projectors from retrofitsource.com (like hvyman said). You'll have to fab up mounts, shorten the push rod that...

    7m-gte Swap

My guess is that the second kit is going to place the motor really close to the firewall. That would be why the full kit extends the shifter housing. Might be able to fix that with a BFH, but it's your money and your risk. Edit: or you're expected to extend the housing yourself.
