You are missing the point. I was just reading this older thread and was laughing. The bearings are designed to bear a load. The headgasket is designed with a sealer on it. Your logic is about as well rounded as Al Franken.
If it vibrates when the clutch is engaged, which is taking the pedal off the floor, the disc is likely warped. The springs on the disc could also be bad.
It is called chatter.
No you shouldn't be in the 13's with your power level and weight. That is a decent ET for the mods. After you spend a few thousand to convert to 1JZ, you will still be running 14's.

US cars with EGR have a different program in the ECU. The tables for spark timing and injection pulse width are different when the EGR command is given.

Open loop? Open loop means the computer is not responding to its own control, just the look up tables from the sensor readings. Closed loop is the scale back. The oxygen sensor is monitored, and air fuel adjustments are made from it.
