I'm running stock calipers with brembo rotors and EBC metallic pads. Good daily stopping performance but it does fade after several massive stops in a row. Someone said that this might be the dot 3 brake fluid boiling??

The finish looks good in spots, but then it goes all wonky and stretched looking in some parts. Annoying, but it is like paint that looks pretty durable.
Update: I just bought another one off ebay which was advertised to be made of aluminum. I got it and it is steel, pretty much identical to the other one. False advertising!!! The fake carbon fiber finish is better than the silver paint at least.
