They make disks for a grinder that are made specificly to remove gaskets, as well as spray that will dissolve them. Never had to spray anything on them to make them seal, just get all the old stuff off.
The real danger is, if you don't have all the old stuff off you risk cracking the manifold.
Well, it's obviously an HKS upgrade, outside of that details might be a bit hard to track down.

Tha back halfs of the drivershafts are the same. Are you saying the transmission crossmember isn't aligning right or that the carrier bearing isn't? I think the tranny crossmember is different...

The aftermarket tail lights that are out there are extremely expensive and rare, you're better off with covers (or in your case, go to 89+ tail lights).
The NSX headlights aren't drop in and require a LOT of modding.
