well since this is the Mk3 discussion and not related to tech. and all the threads in the regions sections are old.... i wanted to post a new thread to see who all still owns a Mk3 in the georgia area? im in north georgia bout 30 mins from TN line. hour and a half north of ATL. that is very true. i wont argue with that:) but it works and its a fix untill you can get a OEM fan clutch or fix yours.

well guys... when i drive my car hard my turbo glows red.... things i have checked/ know about... i know my timing is off 2 degrees.. cat not clogged. is timing off 2 degrees enough to make it glow? i got to pull cps and put it in right. but havent done it yet. car preforms ok with it off 2...

well i have headlight washers and rear defrost . so would my mirrors be heated?

it could be if the starter signal wire wasnt plugged in.... but why wouldnt it be? did you unplug it?

hmmmm i had a problem with mine only 2 strips defogged and they wernt the ones i needed to see out of. lol but i found a break in the strip and i just put clear electrical grease over it and they all work now:) lol good luck with your problem.

well i went to remove my turbo earlier and 2 of the studs are gone. i cant seem to find part numbers in the tsrm anyone know where to get the studs for a stock ct26?
