definatly hotness Nick. i seen the pics of the narrower ones you borrowed for that meet and even those were sexy. BTW, shameless plug, if you would consider widening those fenders, i may be selling some godfather overfenders brandnew unpainted never mounted soon. :crazy1:
if the car is mechanically sound and looked after i dont think 9 psi would be a big problem. i personally wouldent want to push it much more than 10 on a stock head gasket that hasn't been re-torqued to 75 ft-lbs or so. im still on the stock HG with exhaust, intake, bosch 110 bpv, and a mbc...
too bad i was really looking forward to that video when you announced it. i think you should definatly try to make another one that is a little organized after you make your little cruising video. :naughty:
i know how y afeel being tight on cash. i may be starting a 1jz swap and im going to start school in september. on top of that i just had to pay to get my beater working again. regardless of what the new wheels are they are hot. i think i still prefer the c7r's myself though. i remember how bad...
lies! spill the beans! the angry masses demand to know what they are! :biglaugh: besides if they were cheap knock offs i dont think you would be afraid of wrecking them. at least i woulden't be :icon_conf
hehe, i guess you better try and put that srt4 in its place. i have only ever raced one before. it belongs to a local ritch kid / ricer. all it had was intake at the time i believe and i was at 8 psi and it could barely pull on me. i couldent stop laughing as i watched his brand new car slowly...
good vid. those guys on the bikes must be a bit crazy, i dont know how people can do that on those things. now we just need a video of you sliding your car! :joshers:
ecotec J-bodys are actually pretty quick with some work done to the. i will admit they will take a good bit of work to beat a bpu ct-26 supra. my friend has a 03 cav and to be honest i am quite impresed with it for the work he has done to it. his current mod list: cold air intake, bigger...
or instead you could pm drjonez and see if he has any of his MBC's handy. $25 aint bad instead of spending nearly the same amount for parts and then putting it together yourself. i bought one from him a while back and it works great.
glad to hear you got your car running again. i know what its like to have to see it sitting in the garage all ripped apart. what started out as putting in a downpipe turned into having to rip most of the front of my car off, finding a boost leak, and fabbing intercooler pipes. stupid stock...
glad to hear you had fun, it hope it didn't understeer on ya too much. sucks about losing your area for events. same sort of thing is happening where i am. all the golfers nearby dont like us making all that noise. hopefully there will still be some events for ya at oter locations and times...
i tossed my tems when i put in my coilovers. i never was a big fan of the system. its pretty straightforward. when you have your new struts/springs/coilovers or whatever all you need to do is pull the dust covers off unplug the wires going to the actuator and take the actuator off. then you...
thanks for the kind words every one. to answer your questions:
doom: my rear turbo badge came off with the tail light swap. i have a 3.0 turbo in the front grill (hard to see in the pics) and its all the ricers in this town deserve as a warning. the wing looked bad with the newer tails so it...
hehe, ya i know it needs a wash but i only had my friends camera for a little while so i did the best i could. a lip may be in the works but i have to pay for school and insurance soon. I do have a wing coming, just not a drag wing. hopefully soon i will have a C/F bomex whale tail replica on...
finally got my lugnuts so i could put these on. now i just need some new rear rubber. also got my exhaust done. i thought a muffler was a good idea after i saw kids on the side of the road covering their ears as i drove by with open DP. too bad the muffler shop was retarded and did the bends all...
