Okay, I'm trying to fabricate some flanges for an adapter I am making to replace my CT12's with the K26 turbos.
I would like to know what thickness should I make the flange and what material should it be (what...
How hard is it to remove the 1jz compressor? I was looking at it and looks like Biaaaaatch....
Jose any quick ways to remove that without using a lift???
Thanks,
Moe.
I think you have to make them yourself.
I have tow k26 ( Porsche 951) turbos that I will be fabricating for my 1j when the twins ever go out.
Basically making a couple of adapters and bolting the turbos to the stock manifold.
Im running a little above 14 daily and nothing has broken yet. Have my Supra since last year October. Maintenance and the quality of the turbos plays a big part initially when you get the engine.
NIce man, Black is a beauty. Im on my second Black one, and both were rare ones of the 91 and the current a 92 model :)
Now you are home you can get that dust out of the engine bay...paint look clean.
I have been there a few times. gots some families down in Melbourne and Sydney and goldcoast.
Next trip is this August if all goes well and I would love to come by and meet IJ and any other Supra fanatics out there...
Boso you are pretty close by for the meet....its in San jose this time
NIce looking buildup there man. Iam a big fan of older Toyotas and Datsuns as I grew up with them.

We just had one in Sac recently and here is another one coming up ...
Dude, I didn't evn know they had Crowns here in USA. WTF... Nice car man...and so are the newer ones as well....

Most of the time, the 100 amp ALT fuse goes out first ( its the fuse in the fusebox near the driver shock tower. Supras also have a few circuit breakers and they can trip as well, and using a paper clip or toothpick, u can insert it in the hole and it will reset.
There is a brown or beige colored MKIII with lights similar to hose on that link , and it looks like asss. It appears the car has frogs eyes, and really ruins the front end of the car since it sits on top and does not hide away.
Man, I love my tailights so much that I am hesitant to put the Regulus covers on mine, and then there is this one who changes the whole setup...that is fugly man...those lights only look good on ~vettes.
Looks a bit photochpped though
Yaris actually looks realluy good, both versions. A Toyota dealer had one in the showroom and it was lowered, bigger rims, nice Charcool paint and a full on body kit and it looked awesome. All it needed was a small supercharger or a turbo and that would top it off nicely. I would like to have...
I think you went about it the right way. Yo fixed the car up by learning from experiences here and then drove the car for the first time after everything was taken car of and fixed.
This way, it will be a while for you to run into money woes and bitchin and complaining about your car...
