Brian, you check my thread? That is a big port to blowing across the cam covers. Not that it hurts anything, crankcase-wise, but it's a hefty leak when your pushing the turbo hard...

Gixx, has anyone ever verified that you can't run 2j cam gears? 'Cause you can get a set of fidanza cam gears for 200. or a single cam gear for $41.. It would seem that finding a spacer to retro fit them would be well worth the $100 price difference.

Pull some of the plastics and have someone else drive the car while you sit back there and feel around for what could be vibrating.

You are correct about the wiper and spoiler ounts, another place to check is the lower rear windshield trim piece, If that's loose, it fills the trunk with water.

Damn it I just posted a reply to this thread. wtf?!! Boost leak means that the turbo moves tons of air, the AFM meters tons of air, the fuel injectors inject tons of fuel, and the motor sees almost no air. THat equals diesel black smoke. and lots of it. Check out my thread, Boost leaks... to...

Yeah, we're in albany. I have the 20 cm housing, so I can expect even quicker spool, that's excellent! We'l have to do a mini nw gathering during dec.

Pete, I think that vac line goes from the vac hardlines beneath the intake to the hardlines in front of the 3000 pipe, and from there to the BOV.
