    Oil temperature

Iny, DO NOT use the stock oil cooler full flow. It's just not big enough to flow the volume of oil that our pumps push, and our motors need. I'm running the B&M oil control thermostat and a B&M supercooler 8.5X11X1.5 cooler, I got it for $60 new from summit.

    What FPR should I use?

Yup. Aeromotive. I don't believe I've ever seen an EFI regulator that isn't vac referenced...

    pesky wrx

Blacksupra, do you mean you're hitting fuel cut? Doom, stis run LOW 13s with a good driver. But yeah, most guys get 13.8s out of them. They're nothing to scoff at, but most bpu mkiiis will take a similarly modded wrex in a quarter. And we'll walk em on the freeway.

different idea on use of MBCs

Joe, I think it's because your 7m wouldn't spool as quick as the little ct12s that made it not spike in the 7m. Manual boost controllers spike. That's why I switched to an EBC. I've ran 4 ft of vac line (don't ask why;)) And never had spikes with the AVC-r, it's because it learns how fast the...

Anyone wanna testify on these "coilovers"

HAHA! I love your "I know nothink!" mentality Jake, You're Big in the surpa community, You're Loved! ;) If you get $300 coilover springs, and then get decent struts to go with it, you're looking at $700 plus shipping, and then your stuck with factory pillowball mounts, which suck. Supras...

Will this fit with the tems acutators?

Sometimes those fit over the post 89 actuators, but not the pre 89 ones, you may want to ask the seller if you're unsure.

Anyone wanna testify on these "coilovers"

Jake, I'm REALLY happy with the tein HAs. They're only one way adjustable for bound/rebound, but they still do the trick quite nicely. I think the best setup (for the money) would be to order a set of Tein Flex from your favorite vendor, and have them order Type RA springs instead of the flex'...

    Jay's Rebuild 7MGE to 7MGTE Conversion

Just out of curiousity, is your fidanza flywheel and spec clutch for a turbo or NA? Because it has to match your transmission, not your motor, and you said you were using a W58.

Is there a 2006 Supra Calendar?

Keith, Thanks for composing a presentable calender for us. I appreciate the option of lusting after some hot cars without displaying blatant disrespect for my fiance. -jake

Cold as Hell and car Wont Start

No, it needs fuel to get the combustion process started. You might want to try a fresh set of plugs/ wires, as well.

Ouch! My eyes hurt from too much fuzzy bling! Steve, I'd recommend using thicker Oring for the HK$ BOV flange, We pressure tested ours, and it's leaking with the HK$ ring. Looking fantastic! How much boost are you planing on running? Since it's a GT42R, are you boing to run 42 psi? ;) 4.2 Bar...

    "2JZUL8R" Dyno'd, Thank You's and Mod List

It should, I'm not sure how aggressive the ECU is, but I know a trick for stock mkivs is to dyno after driving around for a few months. Pull the ecu fuse, and hop on the dyno for a gain of 30 plus hp!

    "2JZUL8R" Dyno'd, Thank You's and Mod List

Jake, the ecu actively adds timing until it senses knock, then pulls it to build a baseline map. So if you throw 100 octane in and reset the ecu, it will add more timing (Read: pull less timing) for any amount of boost versus 93 octane. That equals more power. Anything over vaccum has timing...
