start throwing up to lose 10 lbs, gut the interior, run with an 1/8 tank of race gas, no spare. oh and get some 550s and turn the boost up to ~23-25#. its all about 3 things, traction, power and weight. from a 40 roll, traction isnt too much of an issue. now work on the power and weight.
keep the NA rear end, the 4.30s will help you out a lot when BPU. depending on where you get the swap from, you will also get (or can pay extra for) a driveshaft (IIRC, its $40 extra from JHOT and Jarco its included).
no CT26 is good for 600 RWHP on boost alone. you might hit 600rw with a 100 shot but not on boost alone. BTW, keep thinking about that bike doing smoking anything, i can think of a few people would shove your foot so far in your mouth it would come out your ass.
highway pull or a dig. i was riding in a supra and we raced a c5 (not z06) from 60-120 and only lost by 2.5 cars. the only mod was a downpipe, and we had the targa off with an exhaust leak at the manifold.
