As of today how much did you spend on your supra and any regrets?

I lost count after I passed 20 grand. No regrets either. The car is finally at a performance level where I can be happy.

    1J Inector Replacement Time?

depends how good you are at reaching into tight spaces. I would give it 2 hours with the manifold left on.

    Whats the secret? intake removal

My secret is I pull the motor half way out of the engine bay so that I have a clear view of the side of the manifold :)

New addition to the Supra Family!

I think that car just said "I want a TT motor". Did you hear it? ;) My buddy's got an IS300 running a 2JZ-GTE VVTI. Makes around 440whp. best sleeper ever.

Best way to install guage faces?

A fork!? That's genius. I took all my needles off when I painted them blue. I just remembered where they were all pointing, and put them back on in the same spot. The only one I screwed up was the volt meter. I positioned it a little too low. Of course, it's always been covered up by some other...

Progress on my Prosport stock cluster install

I like the install. Now you need to replace teh volt meter too :) A comment on the P&H function, the gauge stores 3 settings. First is the warning beeper on/off, second is the warning level, third is the peak recorded level. All of these will reset if you lose power. So, if you set them then...

Is my boost gauge is off by 3 psi?

It's a mechanical gauge. It should go to 0 when reading atmospheric pressure. Yes, something's wrong with your gauge. I have a similar problem with one of my gauges. I just add 2psi to whatever it says. I can't be bothered to fix it.

    Jeff's Supra Build...again

About running the 3" IC piping up between the rad and motor, it's VERY close, but it's possible. I did it on my car, with stock fans and rad. There's literally millimetres of clearance between the pipe and my A/C pulley, but it fits. Don't have to relocate the battery that way either. I'll have...

I hate VISTA, and what's an SM Bus controller?

You are so far off it's not even funny. SMBus is a low speed serial interface used for onboard communications between motherboard devices. On most motherboards, it's used to interface with the temperature sensors, fan speed sensors, and voltage readouts. I believe it's the same protocol as I2C...

How much would it cost to legalize a car from CANADA?

As a guy who's been driving a RHD car for a few years, I'm going to strongly disagree with you on this one. Does this thread really need to turn into another RHD vs LHD flame war?

    wheel fitment.

18x10 +22 is going to stick out like an inch from the fender...... ....but if you like the look of wheels that do that, roll the fenders, and you should be fine....
