Well for the most part, that is true - but then we have a draconian anti-car govt and associated laws that mean that yes, you can get a Ford Escort for £20 down your local pub, yes, it will be clinging to two weeks tax and test, but when it doesnt or wont pass the MOT, you will have to pay £150...

Rear Fogs are 21watt all the time - it looks like a lit brake light all the time when its on. Regular tails are 5/21watt dual filaments. You'd be surprised how bright they are...

Yeah its a legal requirement here to have rear fog lamps, means we cant convert our rears to the USDM/JDM facelift rears unless we convert one of the cluster lamps (like a reversing lamp) to a fog, or add a fog lamp elsewhere.
