I used Toyota FIPG, which is black "oil resistant" RTV, it runs like 14 bucks a tube. Cork gaskets didnt work well for me, always breaking and squishing out the sides, etc.... Just use RTV...

Ok sounds like that's what it is, I will start with checking all my couplers. What and where is the best place to check for a boost leak? I am definitely getting boost just no regulation as the turbo just keeps spooling and the wastegate doesn't open I guess.

Not really, or at least as I understand it. The hits fuel cut at around 14 as it thinks there is a wastegate malfunction at higher boost levels. I would like to run about 16-17 pounds and I hit fuel cut right around 13. So I want to get a FCD so I can eliminate fuel cut, I just dont know which...
I would double check your cps to make sure it is aligned properly. Otherwise the car will get full but wont start. When I rebuilt my motor and went to start it for the first time I was a tooth off and it would start worth a crap.
