You got it, I love the way that thing looks... I've seen freight trains that looked more delicate. :p
You would have to do at least 6.0+ liters of diesel power to have many Americans willing to try one out.
No worries man. :)
I took it to mean as between you and I... IJ is someone completely...
Good to hear. Speaking of uglies, Clint is in that picture, *just* above the Dominos sign! :p
Something tells me that someone just doesn't know what kind of car they want. Honda tails on a Toyota with a BMW front end? I haven't been this confused in a long while...
Something also tells me that...
Curious, I believe the LS400 I just picked up has the A340 in it, and I use the lever to downshift to slow down... or at least I *think* I'm slowing down. Am I fooling myself here IJ, or is the lack of engine braking only applicable to the Suprastick setup?
Cooler air is more dense, so... more air, add more fuel, make boom, = more power, correct? ;)
Man, you really took the sarcasm to 11 today haha! Methanol could bring the intake charge to below ambient if you had an efficient intercooler, could it not?
Not going to lie, you guys make college sound like it would have been fun if I went into the right school. :)
I'm also curious what you mean by smokin' holes JJ...
Err... what would you think to use that cleans better than the gasoline constantly running through it? If you use anything more caustic than gasoline, I would suggest replacing anything rubber on the fuel rail...
Could possibly get in on some Stance coilovers from THMotorsport (a vendor on here, check their section and PM Jonathan), they had a sale recently. Not sure if they're still selling them at that price though... A bit more pricey, but you know what you're getting. Plus, these that you've found...
You know, just because I'm such an awesome guy, I'm willing to trade you straight across for all the parts I have acquired so far, in order to build a pretty badass widebody Mk3... ;)
Just giving you hell man. I can tell you've never driven a Miata though, or you'd be having too much fun to care what other people think. ;)
Toyota actually had a diesel dually version of the Tundra in the works, then the economy took a shit on everybody unfortunately. Looked like a locomotive...
Don't know what it is about Veilside and Supras, they just can't seem to do one right IMO. The RX7 on the other hand, or NSX? Mmmmm...
And please tell me you're being sarcastic about that orange one?
Lot of nice cars have 1j's Nick. Toyota even put a few 1j swaps in them back in the day...
You're not alone, I suspect if looks like something out of that old "Ironman" arcade racing game where you did arena racing in the trophy trucks...
About what I was thinking. Not too many people would do this to a street car like a Supra, but if it is beyond fixing up nicely for the street...
