umm there is a little play between gears but no play in the actual shifter pivot if thats what u mean. I had the same play between gears with my sogi /upgraded bushing setup.

I noticed that there were not to many reviews on the ebay shifter and the few that there were people bad mouthed it without ever owning one. Well i had the opportunity to buy one used on ebay for a good price and i just got around to installing it. Installation is about a 6/10, 10 being hard...
it is a maft in blow thru, you might want to do a search on it cause its alot to explain lol. yes that isc pipe normally goes to the accordian but it works fine how i have it connected also.
after work i'm going to get some wd40 to clean the connections, then i'll put on some dielectric grease. good idea? meanwhile i'll order a new connector
no continuity when i touch the ground and the signal wire, there is continuity the wire. i haven't done the new KS connector, i will have to order one. BUt i have tried two different connectors that i had lying around, is it possible that since its cold out i am somehow trapping some moisture...
^disregard my solution same problem, i'm about to connect a 2nd knock sensor and hope for the best, it seems as tho i have exhuasted solutions from the forums
if u want i have my sogi for sale, it has as shift boot and knob. i can take pics if need be cause its installed in my car now and it doesn't sit nearly as low as other sogi mods, to me it sits just right. pm me if u want it but i won't be taking it out till next week when i get my short shifter
