Electronics is what i'm good at - give me a soldering iron and i'm happy as a pig in shit...

The gaskets are re-usable rubber items from Toyota. 9lb/ft is all they need to be torqued down by. I use allen cap head bolts (30mm length), with a spring washer, and a regular washer, to stop them from backing out. Works a treat. It was maybe $4 worth of hardware.

Well, now i can understand that no-one else besides the Japanese (with the possible exception of the Germans) could have built this car...but then, it's the only car i've ever owned that's had A/C...
