Like I said a couple of posts back, I am using the water temp signal wire going to the stock gauges and it is reading way too high. So, I'm going to take out the stock sensor and see if it is threaded the same. If not, I'm just going to make a small piece that goes between the big radiator...

So far, I have the electric boost and electric water temp hooked up. The little startup ceremony is pretty cool. The boost gauge reacts fast and well, the water temp is going to move slow since it moves as the engine warms up. Only thing is that I found out you can't use the water temp signal...

I did something similar on saturday. I was taking the bottom 3 nuts off to take off the twins and didn't have much leverage. So, I put the wrench on there and used my cargo straps for my bike trailer and hooked it to the wrench and the tranny mount and just wrenched them loose. I don't know...

I'd try using the great old PB Blaster. Also, the fill plug is on the drivers side. It is a PITA to get to. I had to chop a socket to about 1/2'' and use vice grips to loosen and tighten it. Did you make sure to put the right amount in since you filled it from the top?

Nah, it's no big deal. Don't sweat it. The piping closest to the engine was hitting the motor mount bracket.

Lets bring this from the dead... Looking real good. Hopefully you'll make it up to the Philly meet so we can see it. BTW, the y-pipe didn't clear my motor mount brackets and I had to pursuade it with my "Thor" hammer. I think it's because I have an 89+ and didn't have to use the BIC...

Easy for you to say. I haven't seen him since a month before I deployed back in November. I'll call him tomorrow and give him the skinny. I'm gonna go one way or the other. Been excited for this for what, 2 or 3 months now.
