I think if the CSI isn't working right it could keep adding extra fuel after warm up causing it to run rich and stumble. And like I said and cuel said check for codes.
I lived in Fl. also and I know how it rains there. But if you are getting that much water under the hood then your seals around the hood aren't working, or it was sitting out in a hurricane. You might have got water in some other things, of hand the fuse box, dianostic box, are just a couple of...
I agree, if you have a choice I'd do it now. Even with plastic the problem is if moisture can get in anywere, just moist air, the plastic will hold the moisture in. I'd try to use something like a bed sheet or something of that sort to help absorb any moisture, and check it from time to time to...

Sounds like you're pumping the fluid up to get pressure to the slave to engage the disk. What shape is the master cylinder and slave in? Wouldn't account for the chatter I don't believe though. You might end up pulling it and checking the whole assembly:nono:
After installing my headers I elimated the cat. At that time I thought it was running richer due to the smell. Didn't have a AFR gauge to check.
Thanks for the explanation CRE, makes sence.
