the DM CT kit is good, but then again i dont trust an upgraded CT26. and for 1500 bucks you can easily get a single kit together and just buy fuel and supporting mods once you get the money.
i got a T4 60-1, t'netics racegate, manifold, oil lines and fittings, and bov for under 1300 total...
i think tissimo is right on this one. i think its just getting WAY too hot up top and its hurting it BAD
on 12 psi on my 1J with just a 3" exhaust my car went 13.7 @102. some thing definitely aint right!!!
well thats good. but the way they acted about it still shows they're not good people to deal with. they were feeding you a load of bullcrap. i read the emails. its garbage the way they acted.
i'm still going to go with an ACT from CK when i get the money ;)
yea i discovered this like 2 years ago. i loved it for awhile cause it just made me feel good that i was creative. lol
but after awhile its a BAD spot for any gauge that you constantly watch. like a water temp gauge is perfect there or oil temp or something but not a boost, wb02, or egt gauge
you will need a 1JZ flywheel to use with the 1J bellhousing and R154 and then you can use any 7MGTE Clutch kit
Take your Front Sump back and buy the Rear Sump. the aristo motor you bought already HAS a front sump on it.....
and the hydro fan probably wuould cool better than the mechanical...
nice! yea my stock clutch should hold some roll races but i'll still be buying an ACT clutch due to the fact that i love to run at the track, slipping a stock clutch to launch = :nono: LOL
plus on 15psi on stock twins my clutch started to slip when i banged 2nd......:biglaugh:
hahahahahaha i wont be making that power for awhile...still gonna need fuel, clutch, and cams before i even come CLOSE to that.
i'm just right there with cnewingham or whatever his name is. i always said IF and when i EVER remove the stock twins it will be to go single. i didn't want to risk...
Thanks IJ
didn't mean to be a jerk but anytime i post something off topic i get bashed for it. i know it was all in fun but im trying to give information about my ECU problem
yea the guys at the shop are awesome the wiring guy took a look at mine and said it wasn't the wiring the first one went bad due to old age. that last one grounded out on something and popped it.
so im positive its not the wiring.
