Tensioner and Spring and Front Seals.
Really important is no more than 36 ft/lbs on the Tensioner bolt.
And be careful NOT to mark any of the arms on the AUX shaft pully.

Diagnosing a problem should start with "What have I fucked with and is it connected to the problem"
Both of the area's I bolded are and either could have a direct effect on your issue.
It means those are the areas to check it has nothing to do with the BoV.... \
Think about things a little before you post and maybe you will be able to sort it out yourself.
You won't learn anything if we constantly hold your hand and spoon feed you.
Build the motor so the head doesn't have to come off often not an option? ;)
(If the heads off you're replacing gaskets anyway and comp HG's aren't expensive in a VRS kit)
