If your coolent didn't mix with your oil I would just go with a oem headgasket, and arp bolts. Just take your head to get checked and shaved if needed. Then save for a rebuild or a swap.

Sounds like the tps isn't installed correctly. The tps in not catching the wings from the throttle body.
