How can I make it not run so rich at idle? Can I tune that out with my safcii? It sounds like it's got a big cam in it. It's running rich and it sounds like a miss. I just changed the plugs last week, and it seemed to help it a little.

yes, it is about 70 degrees here in alabama tonight. It seems hotter than that, but 70 is still warm for 12:00 a.m. I haven't ever drove it on a quartermile track.

Their will be no boost cranking. I am more than happy with 317. I think she looks better going down the highway than sitting in my yard in a million pieces. The next thing I'm getting is upper hard pipes and a maftpro. I'm to chicken to up the boost.

Alot of the stuff mentioned can be replaced fairly easy, but do watch out for white smoke. Listen for any knocking or pinging sounds while running. Drive it to make sure the car shifts smooth. Make sure it doesn't pull to one side alot while driving. See if it pulls to one side while stopping...
