Why is your turbo aiming at your ceiling? Good job on posting pictures of everything. I never got to see the picture of your silver fender. My computer won't let it come up. Some kind of anti crap............lol
Go buy yourself a puppy. It's hard to be sad when you have a puppy licking on your face. It'll give you someone to talk to. It'll give you someone to play with and a reason to come home in the evenings other than beer.
I don't know what the big deal is with beer, 'cause I've never drank. I'm...
Now he's really a bitch. I'd give my left leg for a 2jz, althought that means I'd have to have an automatic. I don't know if it would be worth it or not..........lol
I don't know if it is better, but I haven't seen many people with their boxes still on their car. I also read on here that the Apexi let more air in and cleaned a heck of a lot better than the HKS. Too each his own, but I think Apexi for the win...............lol
You lucky bitch, and by bitch I mean good looking awesome dude. I want a 1jz so bad I can't stand it. Please take lots of pictures and notes so when I do mine it'll go smooooooth. Good luck with your swap................lol
That's great news. He must be a car lover and didn't want to see her put out to pasture just yet. Now you can take that good karma (or good fortune if you don't believe in karma) and turn your car into a vette eating beast........lol
I'm posting again, because I don't want Wedge getting discouraged and quit posting his fabulously written kill stories. For the record Wedge, I've read it three times and actually told the story to a friend of mine like I was the one that outran the vette. That is the true test of a good story...
Yeah I agree with it being hard to tell how big they are. They always look bigger when their close up. It's like a good fishing story. They always get bigger as the story progresses. Most of them here in Alabama are probably as big around as a golfball. Pretty close I guess. Maybe the size of a...
Yeah that's about the same as my wifes '89. She's right at 2800 if her speedo is perfect. I was just wondering what rearend I had. It doesn't really matter too much I guess, cause it runs good. Thanks for the help though..........lol
I know that the fpr and fuel line kit is $300.00
and the walbro 255 fuel pump is 89.00
so that leaves you $410.00 for the 550 injectors. I don't know how much they are off the top of my head, but I was thinking they were a little more than that. Don't really know if this helps you...
My boost gauge is screwed also, so I bought an aftermarket gauge. I suggest you do the same. Maybe buy a pillar and install new boost gauge as well. Just my two cents worth. Good luck............lol
Thanks Jdub and Supra90. Does anyone know if there is a way to find out what rear end I have. Is their any serial numbers on the re that I can check. I think oneandgone told me a while back that their isn't any numbers on the outside of the housing. I can't remember for sure............lol
Someone must have put a 3.73 in my auto before I bought it. I bought this car from Washington (I think) and just assumed it had a stock rear end. Thanks again.
Reputataion sent.
Thanks Supra 90, I'll get my wife to drive beside me and see what her speedo saids compared to mine. We both have autos, so I'll see if their is any difference..........lol
Snakes can smell musty if you scare them, but I've never heard of someone smelling a snake before they even see it. She may want to check Guiness for the best snout on a human.
Also a six foot copperhead would be near if not a world record. They generally only get about three feet long. I'm...
Sorry no Vida Gurrera pictures here.
My wife's car turns 2800 rpm at 80 miles and hour in OD. My car turns 3500 rpm at 80 mph in OD. At first I thought my overdrive wasn't working, but now I know that it is because it shifts four times. What rear end could I have in my car with those rpm's...
Good looking car and it sounds good too. I've been thinking of going to a 1jz or a 2jz. I've got to find out if the extra cost is worth it for the 2jz.
