You'd have to help the kid first. Maybe put him in the ambulance and work on him and when you get to the other house do cpr on the heart attack victim. If the kid had life threatening injuries, you'd have to take him to the hospital and call another ambulance for the heart attack victim...

I hate to see one put to pasture, but this might be the best bet. There's not a whole lot of damage, and changing a fender out would definately be easier than installing a 1jz, but it is an option.
