Very welcome hope it goes well for you! Don't forget some grease on the Rubber Lip and some Permatex #4 on the Outer edge of the seal, this will make it slide in with just finger pressure and once the permatex sets it won't come out.

Either a screw driver or a seal puller will pop it right out, it's a large diameter so comes out easily. Personally this would be how I'd do it so it doesn't disturb the Pan sealing. Machining the retainer is good if you're assembling the engine.
