One of our smart members made this thread here for us not so smart members. Maybe it will help you.........:biglaugh:

I also bought a oil pump from driftmotion that is upgraded somehow. I don't know what is done to it though. I can't...
I didnt even notice that. He's got me twice in two days. He posted yesterday about needing a calendar to chart my quarter mile times..............:nono:
My a/r is .81. I just got off the phone with Aaron.
Matt, I still love you.............:biglaugh:
Here it is:
I'll call Aaron right now and see what it is, just so I know in case someone ever asks me what it is..........:sarcasm:
I've only been asked about a hundred times, and I never think to ask Aaron when I"m talking to him.
Yeah, I think it's .68 and I'm thinking about changing it, if I need to, to a .81, but I'm going to wait and see how it performs like it is. It will probably be too small though.
Joe, I thought you and me were brothers. Now you're just trying to hurt my feelings.......:wtc:
I did order...
I ordered all of that oil and stuff last night from Summit at around six or seven p.m........it was at my house waiting for me today. How in the hell does that happen..........:aigo:
I swear I ordered it last night, and it was here today. Fastest shipping I've ever had.
The first time I shifted from second to third is because I was spinning and there is no sense in staying in it just to spin more. Then when I was spinning in second again, I shifted to third and shifted at about 5000 into fourth, but only because I was in the city limits and we have way too many...
Updates for me........Please. I just read this whole thread and your build looks awesome. I'm thinking about getting the manifold like you have but I've got to find a four whole flange for my HKS wastegate.
I too am driving to Texas. Hopefully I'll be in a 1.5 instead of my 1jz. Who knows?
Well, you can never have too much lube or lubrication so here is mine.
No, I'm not going to put it in until I break the motor in, just in case you were wondering......:biglaugh:
Here is my new clutch disc. The one that's in there is still good, but while I've got it out, I'm replacing...
I made my numbers on a low compression 1jz. I have 135 across the boards on my 1jz. I don't know if the cams and head work can cause low compression or not, but I've checked it twice and Aaron checked it when he was here. 135 in every cylinder. I even went and bought a brand new tester to make...
We have a few parts for her car that came in today, but it's small stuff and I'm going to let her post it. I am posting pictures in my thread though.............(evil grin)
Justin, I hope I'm loving it as much as I'm thinking I'll be loving it.....wait what?
I got a few packages in the mail today.
This first one is of a targa top that I got from too_stand. This is the third one I've had to buy because I took off with it not bolted in. Yeah, I know what ever...
You will need a 1jz manifold and some sort of turbo kit. You can get them at www.driftmotion.com , that's where I got my gt35r kit made and I love it. As for the wiring harness that Robert sells, I don't know anything about it, but I'm sure he'd be willing to tell you more about it if you send...
I know of at least one more Bama guy and one dam'd yankee that's going. We'll be in the slow ass'd 1jz so I may need Noah to pull me with a cargo strap so we dont' slow you 7m guys down.
I don't know what a/r my turbo is. I do know that at 25psi, it sounded like a beast and IJ said it looked like by the dyno that it was just getting into it's happy zone. I don't remember his exact words, but he was saying the gt35r loved the 25psi range. It might not like the 35psi range though...
