I sprayed it, sprayed it, sprayed it and sprayed it some more. My gun was spraying in a stream instead of a spray pattern no matter how much I adjusted it. I will have to do it over that's for sure, but I'm going to wetsand it first and see what it looks like.
Yes it will, but the stinger is a standalone so you don't need a mines or a stock ecu.
The Stinger harness you asked about is only good if you have a Stinger standalone. Good luck with your swap.
The drain is on the back of the turbo. I used this setup on my 1jz and never had problems with it. Thanks for looking out though.
That is the 1jz oil bracket too. I'm glad I made a good choice by putting it back on. I guess I just got lucky, because I didn't know the 2jz would cause me any...
Rob, are you planning on running 22psi as a dd? I know of a few guys that have their cars tuned at 21-22psi on 93 octane. Is this what you're planning on doing?
I wouldn't think the drain lines would crack since their isn't a large amount of pressure on the drain line. Luckily mine hasn't cracked, and I'm hoping it never does. (knocks on wood)

You guys got me dead to rights. I'm swapping out my jz motor that I never had to work on, and never lost a race in, to go back to a rodknocking, headgasket blowing piece of.................sike. I thought I'd just get your blood pumping........lol
Ryan, there will be nobody pushing the 1jz, unless it's one of them thar high powered 7m's all these guys are building to try and keep up with us............:evil2:
It does away with the ecu. You have a stinger standalone to replace the stock ecu. If you dont' buy the plug and play harness, you have to wire them in yourself, and it's not a pretty picture. I chose the plug and play way and I would suggest you do the same. Good luck.
